SmartOne enables dispatching calls across analog, DMR, Push-to-Talk over Cellular, and third-party radio networks. SmartOne offers powerful dispatching functions, such as voice calls, GPS positioning services, messaging functions and voice recording. The software can also be expanded by a series of plugins for displaying IP-connected cameras, and it is possible to integrate browser-based big data or analytics web content.

SmartOne support CSSI and ISSI interface access, wired and wireless connections to interconnect analog, conventional DMR, DMR trunking, PSTN, and Push-to-Talk over Cellular networks. SmartOne provides telephone systems connectivity with private automatic branch exchanges (PABX) and the public telephone network (PSTN)
